Community Beneficiaries for 2011-2012

Tour de Tamborine strives to provide support for local youth and community organizations and initiatives that are unable to obtain sufficient funding from other official sources.

Mission Statement

The Tour De Tamborine is an Association with a simple goal to raise as much money as possible for the community of Mount Tamborine. This is achieved by a team of local volunteers with a passion for their community whom raise money through cycling, running and walking events promoting family, fun, fitness, health and wellbeing.

The Association now seeks submissions from not-for-profit groups for funding during next financial year (2011-2012).  Funds would normally be made available around December each year.

Guidelines for Preparing Your Proposal

1)     Donations must directly benefit the community of Mount Tamborine.

2)     Include the name and contact details of the beneficiary organization, group or initiative.

3)     Quantify the amount of funding being sought and describe what the funds will be used for.

4)     Explain the benefit to the local community of Mount Tamborine.

5)     Outline the assistance or support that the beneficiary can provide to TdT (e.g. volunteers to assist in running the Tour de Tamborine event).

Where to Submit Your Proposal

Please submit your proposal in writing and email it to the Beneficiary Committee at: info@tourdetamborine.com.au.

All proposals will be reviewed against our budget, strategy and objectives to assess suitability, feasibility and resources required. We will endeavour to respond to your proposal within four weeks of receipt and appreciate your patience on this matter.
